Our client, a national AmLaw firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join its Los Angeles office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes commercial disputes within a collaborative and nationally recognized litigation team.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of commercial litigation experience and be comfortable managing all stages of complex litigation matters, including:

• Conducting factual investigations and discovery

• Preparing pleadings, depositions, and motions

• Handling settlement negotiations and client communications

• Appearing in state and federal courts

• Supporting arbitrations and administrative proceedings

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

• Active California bar membership

• Experience with both state and federal court litigation required

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Excellent client service mindset and attention to detail
