    Your Role

    • Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation and employment defense matters, with an emphasis on medical malpractice.
    • Handle cases from initial intake through trial preparation, including discovery, depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and developing case strategies.
    • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners, participate in client meetings, and appear in court as necessary.
    • Demonstrate exceptional legal writing skills through memos, summaries, and pleadings.

     

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • Some civil litigation experience.
    • Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Willingness to travel to court in California when required.

     

    Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000 depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus potential
