We are seeking a motivated Business Litigation Associate to join our Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of broad commercial litigation experience, including case management, legal research, drafting pleadings, and brief writing. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation matters in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation cases from start to finish, including discovery, legal research, and writing.
• Draft pleadings, respond to written discovery, and assist with brief writing.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to high-quality legal work.

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience in case management, discovery, and legal drafting.
• Strong initiative, work ethic, and academic credentials.
• Big law firm experience preferred.
