We are seeking an M&A Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have strong M&A skills, including experience drafting and negotiating deal documents, managing client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling a variety of M&A matters for clients with sophisticated needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary M&A documents.
• Manage the deal process and client relationships throughout transactions.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates.
• Handle day-to-day demands on various M&A matters for clients with complex needs.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in M&A law.
• Proven ability in drafting, negotiating, and managing M&A transactions.
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual pay range: $310,000 - $390,000 (dependent on experience and location).
