Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day operations in the MDSW - Columbia office and facilitate its growth • Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action • Work closely with support staff to ensure a top-tier client experience • Effectively and efficiently handle a caseload of over 100+ personal injury cases • Negotiate and resolve pre-suit cases in a timely manner for top-dollar • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action • Be able to appropriately communicate with clients • Appear in court on behalf of clients • Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies Qualifications: • 3 or more years of practice, ideally in personal injury • Trial Experience • Familiarity with Litify is a plus • Must currently be in good standing in South Carolina • Ability to effectively handle 100-plus cases Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000
