As an Attorney, the primary focus of this role is to help families by providing legal guidance and strategies that build confidence and ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities: What you'll do; • Conduct client-facing meetings to assess estate planning, Medicaid, probate, and guardianship needs. • Instill confidence and build strong, lasting relationships through thoughtful, compassionate interaction. • Serve as a trusted advisor- educating clients, answering questions, and ensuring they fully understand their plans. • Gather personal and financial information to help craft customized plans aligned with their goals and values. • Ensure all work is completed thoroughly and accurately. • Act as primary legal point of contact for client questions and provide guidance with clarity and empathy. • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM for all client communications and meetings. • Follow up regularly with clients to maintain relationships and ensure continued support. • Manage your caseload with minimal oversight and work directly with the legal team to deliver timely, high-quality results. • Provide excellent client experience by ensuring every interaction is thorough, respectful, and aligned with being client committed. • Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: What we are looking for: • Attorney admitted to the Georgia Bar and in good standing. • Experience as an attorney- Experience relevant to the firm's core practice area is a plus! (guardianships, estate planning, Medicaid, probate, conservatorship) • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and write clearly, professionally, and with empathy while engaging with clients. • Strong ethical standards and sound judgement. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • A self-starter with a positive attitude, emotional intelligence and strong work ethic. • Strong negotiation skills, including the willingness and ability to reconcile differences and find mutual wins. • Attention to detail and a commitment to doing things correctly the first time. • Comfortable with technology; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn legal software or CRM systems. Compensation: $120,000 total compensation
