Position Highlights:

• Handle motor vehicle accident cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery documents, and compelling legal motions
• Represent clients in court conferences across the 5 Boroughs and Nassau County
• Conduct and defend depositions and EUOs
• Take an active role in jury selection and trial proceedings
• Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed and prepared

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a JD and is licensed to practice in New York
• Brings 3–9 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
• Has courtroom presence and confidence in handling depositions
• Thrives in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $130,000 – $200,000
• Discretionary and origination bonuses
