Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar license
- 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience (bodily injury preferred)
- Located within a reasonable commuting distance
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high-volume litigation caseload focused on personal injury and complex bodily injury claims
- Conduct case evaluations, develop litigation strategies, and provide risk assessments
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Handle depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances
- Represent clients at hearings and trials to achieve favorable outcomes
- Maintain client communication while mentoring junior attorneys and support staff
