A fast-expanding personal injury law firm in Las Vegas is hiring a litigation-minded Personal Injury Attorney to join its high-performing team. This firm stands apart from high-volume operations by delivering deeply personalized representation and maintaining strong attorney-client relationships throughout each case.

You’ll handle a caseload from intake through resolution, with the support of experienced paralegals, case managers, and litigation resources. While trial experience is a plus, the most important qualifications are strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for advocacy.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage your own caseload of active personal injury matters
• Draft pleadings, handle discovery, and conduct depositions
• Participate in mediations, negotiate settlements, and assist in trial preparation
• Work closely with clients in person and provide regular updates
• Collaborate with case managers and attorneys to ensure top-tier representation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary from $100,000 to $130,000 depending on experience

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation (plaintiff or defense)
• Hands-on experience managing a case from intake through resolution
• Trial or deposition experience preferred but not required
• Active Nevada Bar license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong writing and communication skills with excellent client rapport
• A full-time presence in the Las Vegas office
