The Impact of the Desk

• Elite Case Management: You will manage a sophisticated docket of 20-30 catastrophic injury and trucking cases. These are not "volume" files; these are high-value, 7 and 8-figure matters that require expert-level strategy and relentless advocacy.

• The "Defense to Plaintiff" Pivot: We are specifically looking for polished, high-performance litigators. If you are currently at a top-tier Defense firm and want to transition your skills into the high-upside world of Plaintiff’s work, our client offers the mentorship and financial structure to make that move successful.

• Pure Litigation: With no billable hour requirement, your success is measured solely by results. You will be expected to lead discovery, handle complex expert witnesses, and prepare every case as if it’s going to trial.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience with a strong background in high-value Personal Injury.
