Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience taking cases to trial. This role is perfect for an attorney who lives for the courtroom — someone ambitious, tenacious, and relentless in pursuing wins for clients. You will be confident under pressure, strategic in preparation, and fully committed to achieving the best possible outcomes at every stage of litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from intake through verdict

• Develop case strategy and prepare cases for trial, including discovery, depositions, and motions practice

• Argue motions and advocate for clients in court with confidence and skill

• Conduct jury selection, opening statements, direct and cross-examinations, and closing arguments

• Negotiate settlements when appropriate while always preparing as if every case will go to trial

• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure meticulous case preparation

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout the litigation process

• Manage a caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in Michigan

• 3+ years of experience litigating personal injury cases (plaintiff-side preferred)

• Demonstrated success in negotiations, mediations, and trials

• Courtroom-ready advocacy skills with excellent oral and written communication abilities

• Strong work ethic, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail

• Ability to manage a demanding caseload while delivering results in a fast-paced environment
