Pre-Litigation Attorney Opportunity in the Puget Sound Region

This position offers in-office, hybrid, or fully remote flexibility. Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Fridays off.

About the Role

• You will lead a collaborative pre-litigation team and guide clients from intake through settlement disbursement. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on case management, clear client communication, and strategic negotiation while fostering a positive team dynamic.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a supportive team of case managers and legal assistants while maintaining a well-organized caseload
• Conduct initial consultations and case evaluations with clarity and empathy
• Communicate consistently with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Draft polished demand letters and negotiate favorable settlements
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation within Filevine or a similar CMS
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth, comprehensive case handling
• Deliver exceptional service throughout every stage of a client’s recovery journey
