We are looking for a mid-level Associate Attorney with expertise in probate litigation to join our growing team in Costa Mesa, California. This role involves managing probate, trust, and business litigation matters with minimal supervision, requiring strong courtroom experience and excellent legal research and writing skills. You will represent clients, appear in court, and draft legal briefs, motions, and other court documents.

Responsibilities include:

• Representing clients in hearings, trials, and court proceedings.
• Preparing legal arguments, conducting research, and drafting court documents.
• Collaborating with partners and overseeing work delegated to paralegals and support staff.
  

Qualifications:

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate and/or trust litigation.
• Strong courtroom, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
