About the Role:

• Handle real estate, title, escrow, and lending litigation matters
• Represent clients in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Attend depositions and manage client interactions
• Negotiate settlements and participate in court proceedings
• Mentor junior attorneys and help foster a collaborative legal team

Ideal Candidate:

• Comfortable leading cases and taking them to trial
• Understanding of title insurance, escrow, and real estate finance
• Familiar with residential and commercial disputes, contested foreclosures, landlord-tenant issues, and quiet title actions
• Strong mentorship and leadership skills
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
