$180,000 to $230,000 base salary DOE, plus production bonus

1700 annual billable hours

Hybrid/ Remote schedule available: Southern California residence required

California Bar and current law firm litigation experience required

The ideal candidate will have strong writing, discovery, motion practice, deposition, and court appearance skills, along with accountability, initiative, and sound judgment. Real estate litigation or unlawful detainer experience is helpful but not required. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful litigation responsibility, direct client contact, structured mentorship, and long-term growth.
