You’ll work on the forefront of multifamily housing development, navigating deals financed through bonds, tax credits (LIHTC), and traditional lending. What You’ll Do:

• Structure and execute complex real estate transactions, particularly affordable housing and mixed-finance developments
• Tackle title and survey issues with sharp attention to detail
• Independently produce high volumes of documentation under tight timelines
• Advise clients on HUD regulations, bond financing, and tax-credit structures
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership on high-value, high-impact projects
