Our client, a leading AmLaw firm, is seeking a Contract Attorney Recruiting Assistant to support its busy attorney recruiting team during peak hiring season. This is a remote, full-time contract role expected to last 6–9 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, attorneys, and hiring teams across multiple offices.
Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (FloRecruit)—including data cleanup and status tracking.
Manage recruiting calendars, interview schedules, and follow-up communications.
Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires and summer associates.
Provide general administrative support to the attorney recruiting team as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in legal recruiting, HR, or administrative support within a professional services environment preferred.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ATS platforms (FloRecruit experience a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
