We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and people-savvy Attorney Recruiting Coordinator for an opportunity with a law firm client in Atlanta. In this role, you’ll be a key player in attracting top legal talent and creating a smooth, standout experience from first interview to first day.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment of attorneys and summer associates
Coordinate the summer program—events, orientation, evaluations, mentors, and more
Plan and attend Atlanta-based social events for summer associates
Partner with law schools and manage outreach, OCI logistics, and callback interviews
Source candidates creatively and maintain strong search firm relationships
Handle applicant tracking, candidate communications, and interview coordination
Assist with onboarding, integration, and lateral hiring efforts
Collaborate on recruiting collateral, social media, and website updates
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of legal recruiting or law firm experience
Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (preferred)
Impeccable attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak recruiting seasons
