    Connect Staffing is working with a forward-thinking, mid-sized law firm to hire an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to focus on entry-level associate recruiting. This role focuses on managing on-campus recruiting, summer associate programs, and entry-level associate hiring, with travel for law school and recruiting events.

    This role will work alongside an incredible leadership team dedicated to mentorship and professional development. This role offers a clear path for growth within the firm and is perfect for driven, detail-oriented candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-focused recruiting environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the Summer Associate Program, including onboarding, events, and feedback.

    • Oversee entry-level recruitment, including on-campus interviews, callback scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding.

    • Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruiting events; build relationships with law schools and student organizations.

    • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Community Engagement on talent initiatives and track recruiting metrics.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree.

    • Minimum 3 years of campus recruiting experience in the legal/law firm space.

    • Experience with recruiting technology; Flo Recruit experience a plus.

    • AmLaw 200 law firm experience preferred.

  • Compensation
    $65,000-$85,000 per year
