This role offers the chance to work closely with a partner while taking the lead on active defense matters involving rideshare and UM/UIM litigation. The team values initiative, strong advocacy, and a genuine interest in growing both professionally and as a leader.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary handling attorney on assigned civil litigation defense matters
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Handle court appearances, written discovery, and depositions
• Draft and argue motions
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and pre-trial preparation
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates
• Gain exposure to trial preparation and trial participation
• Mentor and collaborate with colleagues while building leadership skills
