    We’re seeking an experienced administrative professional for our busy law firm who can help our attorneys and paralegals assist clients and keep the office running smoothly. You’ll work with the team to prepare a variety of legal documents, e-file, and handle office correspondence like answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings and travel, and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines. If you’re an excellent multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Be willing to take on any other necessary administrative tasks to help the firm run smoothly Schedule meetings and appointments for the team, such as depositions, make travel arrangements, and coordinate with outside vendors for events Work with attorneys and paralegals to create various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, contracts, and briefs for case preparation, and proofread documents when requested Manage office correspondence and administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, communicating with opposing attorney offices, taking dictation, responding to emails, and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines • E-file documents • Read and respond to large volume of emails • Communicate client request and needs from calls and emails to staff • Resolve routine client needs • Follow company systems, policies and procedures Qualifications: Must be able to prioritize tasks with demanding deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Applicants must have excellent communication skills and organizational skills Must be able to type at least 50 WPM Experience with legal software, litigation case management, and docketing programs High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate’s degree is a plus Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000
