About the Role:

Shipwash Law Firm PA is looking for a driven and skilled Attorney to join our team in Maitland, FL. Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload from intake through resolution, ensuring timely and effective legal representation

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs

Conduct legal research and analyze applicable statutes, regulations, and case law

Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings

Counsel clients on legal rights, options, and strategies in a clear and professional manner

Collaborate with firm staff, paralegals, and senior attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services

Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation in compliance with firm standards

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active Florida Bar license in good standing

Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting preferred

Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills

High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
