    Our busy law firm is growing, and we are looking for talent that works hard to represent clients well. The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior partners and administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve clients. If you have excellent research and writing skills, can easily use today’s technology, and communicate effectively across all levels, we would love to connect! Responsibilities: • Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies • Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs • Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence • Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome • Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks • Manage a docket of personal injury cases from intake through resolution • Prepare demands, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents • Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials • Develop a case strategy and advise clients accordingly • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers • Supervise support staff as necessary (e.g., paralegals, case managers) • Maintain accurate and timely case records using legal case management software Qualifications: • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm environment • Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years • Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis) • Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school • Active license to practice law in Colorado and in good standing • Minimum of 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury • Demonstrated trial and courtroom experience • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment with little supervision • Client-focused, ethical, and driven to achieve justice Compensation: $110,000 - $190,000 yearly
