Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in trust and estate disputes

• Manage your caseload with autonomy and strategic oversight

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda

• Participate in mediations, court proceedings, and negotiations

• Collaborate with peers and leadership to deliver exceptional client results
  

Candidates Will Have:

• A J.D. from an accredited law school and California Bar membership in good standing

• Experience in trust litigation, or a background in commercial/business/real estate litigation with a desire to transition into probate litigation

• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for growing within a team-based environment
