Our client, a dynamic, boutique law firm with a strong reputation in business and fiduciary litigation, is seeking a mid-level Probate and Trust Litigation Attorney to join its growing firm. The position offers a base salary of $100-140k plus monthly origination bonuses, structured production incentives, and a year-end bonus potential. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to the firm’s office in Orlando, FL. What To Expect as a Probate & Trust Litigation Attorney

• Manage your caseload of probate, trust, and commercial litigation matters
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and opposing counsel
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with firm partners
• Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and handle court appearances
• Track deadlines, bill time accurately, and maintain strong client communication
• Leverage the firm’s modern tech stack and systems to work efficiently

Qualifications For Success

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar
• 3–5+ years of experience in trust, probate, and/or commercial litigation
• Strong time management, communication, and client service skills
• Proficient with legal technology; experience with Caret/ZolaSuite is a plus
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-oriented culture
