Responsibilities: • Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action • Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence Qualifications: • Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis) • Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years • Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly
