    Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, and a minimum of 2 years of successful personal injury pre-suit experience. Responsibilities: • Overseeing a docket of pre-litigation personal injury files • Maintain updated status documentation of all case files in the case management system • Communicating effectively with clients to keep them informed about their cases • Strategizing optimal case resolutions and executing them effectively • Determining value ranges for claims • Engaging in client communication and meetings • Negotiating pre-litigation settlements with insurance companies and other parties • Reviewing and finalizing settlement releases • Handling medical and other liens • Daily oversight of the legal assistant team • Assist with new case evaluation Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Paid Time off • 401(k) • Employer Paid Basic Life Insurance • Other benefits to be discussed during the interview Qualifications: • Requires a bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree • Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative • State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory • Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
