What You’ll Do
- Investigate wage and hour claims under California law
- Draft PAGA notices, complaints, motions, and discovery
- Argue motions and appear in court (primarily San Diego County Superior Court)
- Prepare for and take depositions
- Supervise case progress and support staff
- Conduct legal research using platforms like LexisNexis
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in wage and hour or class action litigation
- Skill in managing discovery and drafting litigation documents independently
- Courtroom experience, including motion work
- Comfort using modern legal tools like Lawyaw and Google Workspace
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $125,000 to $200,000, DOE
- Annual performance-based bonuses starting in year two

- Hybrid work after 30 days (plus added flexibility during mediations)
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- No nights or weekends
