This full-time position is fully remote, with occasional travel for vehicle inspections. You’ll manage lemon law cases from intake through resolution, with the option to handle matters independently or as part of a seasoned trial team.

What You’ll Do:

• Litigate lemon law cases from intake through disposition

• Participate in occasional in-person vehicle inspections

• Collaborate with partners and seasoned trial attorneys

• Leverage your background in civil litigation, insurance defense, or related fields

• Engage in ongoing professional mentorship and development

What You’ll Need:

• JD and active California Bar license

• Lemon law experience is a plus, but not required

• Background in plaintiff or insurance defense litigation

• Ability to manage a case independently from start to finish

• Trial experience preferred, but not mandatory

Compensation and Perks:

• Salary: $120,000–$160,000, based on experience
