    Overview
    A respected law firm with multiple locations in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their Fort Worth office. This role is ideal for an attorney with at least two years of hands-on workers' compensation experience who is ready to take ownership of a busy caseload and make a meaningful impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle all aspects of workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution, including administrative hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

    • Develop case strategies supported by thorough legal research and an up-to-date understanding of Texas workers' compensation law.

    • Maintain consistent and professional communication with insurance representatives, claim adjusters, medical providers, and relevant state agencies.

    • Provide clear, practical guidance to clients regarding their rights, case expectations, and options throughout the life of each file.

    • Advocate effectively for clients in contested matters, ensuring strong preparation and attention to detail in every phase of litigation.

    • Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to promote smooth case flow and high-quality service.

    • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments that may affect active and future cases.

    • Foster trust with clients through responsiveness, compassion, and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes.

    Qualifications

    • J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Texas.

    • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated workers' compensation experience (required).

    • Strong litigation, negotiation, and written/oral advocacy skills.

    • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while staying organized and client-focused.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive base salary of $100,000–$140,000 depending on experience.
