Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation cases from start to finish. • Provide clear, honest advice and regular updates to clients. • Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. • Negotiate with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties to secure fair settlements. • Prepare for and represent clients in administrative hearings. • Address liens, subrogation, and related healthcare provider issues. • Lead and collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure smooth case progression. • Participate in firm meetings, training, and culture-building activities. Qualifications: Licensed (or soon to be licensed) and in good standing with the Colorado Bar. • No experience in Workers’ Compensation is necessary; we will provide training. • Strong skills in negotiation, client communication, and case management. • Proficient with legal research tools. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. • Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered service. • Ability to adapt to and utilize emerging technology like AI. Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 yearly
