Workers Compensation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Case evaluation
• File pleadings
• Prepare for and attend hearings/depositions
• Correspond with all parties
• Legal research
• Develop case strategy
• Draft briefs and pleadings
• Negotiate settlements

Workers Compensation Attorney Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Currently admitted to a State Bar or pending Bar results
• Graduation in the top 30% of class
• Participation in either Moot Court or Law Review
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

PayScale :

· $80,000-$120,000 per year, except.
