We are expanding our legal team at our UpTown Dallas location and are seeking a talented and motivated Personal Injury Lawyer to join us full-time.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with a strong background in personal injury litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive, high-performing legal team that is committed to justice and client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a full caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery
Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, depositions, and trials
Develop litigation strategies tailored to each case
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff
Negotiate settlements and ensure favorable outcomes for clients
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
1+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
Strong trial and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion for advocacy and delivering exceptional client service
