This role will play a crucial part in the smooth operations of our staging installations and warehouse organization. As a moving logistics team member for Attractive Interiors, you will be a part of the magic assisting in the design of each stage from loading and unloading a 26ft box truck, hanging art, and assembling our furniture. Responsibilities: • Loading and Unloading: Expertise in safely loading and unloading box trucks, ensuring secure transportation of staging furniture, art, décor and other staging items to different properties, ensuring they are delivered and arranged with the utmost care in a timely/professional manner. As we are in Phoenix, AZ you must be able to work in a warehouse environment, withstanding climate changes. • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up or slightly over 100 lbs (Team Lift) while handling inventory with care to prevent damage. • Furniture Assembly and Artwork: Proficiency in assembling furniture and hanging artwork with precision to meet staging requirements. • Bedding Preparation: Skill in steaming bedding to ensure a polished and professional presentation of staged homes. • Warehouse Maintenance: Assist in maintaining an organized and clean warehouse, including reconfiguring and building industrial racking as needed to suit inventory requirements. Moving staging inventory safely throughout warehouse with utmost care. Maintain clean work areas, free from debris on warehouse floor. • Truck Management: Keep company trucks clean, organized, and properly maintained for efficient use during staging installations and pickups. • Property Care: Ensure that homeowners' property is respected, safeguarded against damage, and left clean post-installation. • Driving Responsibilities: Drive 26ft company truck as requested, adhering to safety guidelines and traffic regulations. Medical test required. • Assist Logistics Team and Stagers : Collaborate with the logistics and staging team in the warehouse, home staging installations, and pickups to ensure efficient operations. This includes moving/placing furniture, vacuuming, cleaning inventory once it's staged, breaking down boxes, etc. • Detail Oriented: Attention to detail and ability to work effectively with the staging team will play a vital role in our company. Qualifications: Education • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Bachelors preferred. Qualifications and Skills: • Previous experience in driving a 26ft box truck, home staging mover, construction, retail/warehouse management, or related fields preferred. • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 100 lbs) with a team. Proper lifting techniques, lift, push, stooping twisting, bending, working together with logistic crew members for all items. Proficiency in furniture assembly, handling artwork, and bedding preparation. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. • Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and schedules. • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment. • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills and can work independently. • Ensure that all daily schedules and work assignments are properly completed. • Be polite and courteous to customers on the phone and in their homes. • Must be on-time, reliable and have reliable transportation. Compensation: $22 - $24 hourly
