RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant , you will assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing and performing of activities that stimulate the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
• Develop meaningful relationships with our residents through one-on-one time spent with them individually and in a group setting.
• Assess resident’s activity participation and development.
• Be a cheerful, compassionate and friendly face at all times.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; on-the-job training is available for the Life Enrichment Activities Assistant position.
• Will have a, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
