SOUS CHEF/ASSISTANT CULINARY MANAGER- AUBURN MEADOWS IN WACONIA

If so, AUBURN HOMES AND SERVICES has a role awaiting you. We are currently seeking an SOUS CHEF/ASSISTANT CULINARY MANAGER to come and join our Waconia campus team. Current availability includes FULL-TIME HOURS FROM 8AM-6:30PM, INCLUDING EVERY OTHER WEEKEND. WILL WORK 4 DAYS A WEEK AND HAVE ONE WEEKEND AS A 3 DAY WEEKEND. THIS POSITION IS 80 HOURS BI-WEEKLY AND BENEFIT ELIGIBLE.

The primary purpose of the Sous Chef/Assistant Culinary Manager is to prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Culinary Manager, to assure that quality food service is provided at all times. Support and assist the Dietary Manager with the overall operation of the Culinary Department. Assume day-to-day responsibilities in the absence of the Culinary Manager to assure continuity for staff and residents.
