You’ll help photograph and catalog assets, assist clients, and support daily auction operations—all while preparing for the opening of our new 55,000 sq. ft. auction facility in Spring 2026.

    Why You’ll Love Working Here

Established & Expanding: 50+ years in business with a major facility expansion on the way.

Variety & Impact: Your work spans both warehouse and office functions, directly supporting buyers, sellers, and smooth auction operations.

Growth Opportunities: Gain skills in multiple areas—logistics, cataloging, customer service—with room to advance.

Support + Independence: We’ll give you the training, tools, and trust to succeed.

    Key Responsibilities

Catalog auction items with professional photography and accurate descriptions

Provide front office support: answer bidder/consignor questions and help buyers find the items they won on auction

Assist with payment, pickup, and resolution of auction-related issues

Use warehouse and moving equipment (pallet jacks, dollies, etc.) safely and efficiently

Deliver excellent customer service to buyers and sellers alike

Support process improvements and upcoming facility transition

    What We’re Looking For

Dependable, responsible, and professional—someone who shows up and follows through

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Comfort with technology (phones, tablets, computers)

Ability to safely lift/move household items

Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with time management

Team-first attitude with willingness to learn multiple areas of the business

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (we maintain a drug-free workplace)
