JOB DESCRIPTION

The Auctus Agency is hiring Brand Activation Coordinator Interns who are motivated, detailed, and professional. The Brand Activation Coordinator Intern will gain agency experience and will be expected to deliver high-quality results toward client projects. We are looking for proactive and professional candidates who are currently enrolled in college or recent graduates who want to contribute to the team.

Projects include the following:

• Staffing and coordinating final event logistics prior to events. (40%)
• Assisting with research for materials and collecting information to be relayed to clients and/or field staff. (20%)
• Creating deliverables for clients and when appropriate, taking on client communications (25%)
• Recruitment of field staff for remote areas across the U.S. and Canada using social media tools, e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, etc. (10%)
• Assisting with other special projects as needed: email marketing, operations, etc. (5%)

Qualifications

• Highly motivated to pursue a career in a marketing agency or PR/event planning firm environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a must.
• Intermediate computer knowledge/experience with Google Workspace and Apple Mac.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary clients and field staffer information.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Creative thinking and analytical skills.
• Seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related majors.
