AV & Security Installation Helper (Entry-Level) Location: Nashville, TN & Surrounding Areas

Position Overview The AV & Security Installation Helper works directly under Lead Technicians and Project Managers to assist with installations, material handling, and jobsite support. This role is hands-on and physically active. You will learn the industry from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Assist with pulling and terminating wire in commercial or residential settings (Cat6, speaker wire, fiber, alarm wire, etc.)

Help install TVs, speakers, cameras, shades networking equipment, and alarm devices

Support rack builds and equipment setup

Assist with mounting keypads, motion sensors, door contacts, and control panels

Maintain clean and organized jobsites

Load and unload materials and tools

Assist with system testing and troubleshooting

Perform ladder work and occasional attic/crawl space work
