Location: Bluffton, SC (serving Hilton Head, Savannah, Beaufort & beyond) Hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + potential for future full-time employment

What You’ll Do:

Assist senior technicians with installing audio/video systems, speakers, TVs, projectors, smart home tech & more

Learn the basics of structured cabling and low-voltage wiring

Help with setup and maintenance of equipment racks and control systems (like Control4, Lutron, etc.)

Observe and participate in on-site troubleshooting and system testing

Support day-to-day project work, including inventory checks and vehicle/tool upkeep

What You’ll Learn:

Real-world experience in residential AV and smart home installation

Hands-on training with industry-leading systems like Lutron, Control4, and Crestron

Introduction to networking, wireless systems, and lighting control

Professional installation standards, project planning, and client interaction

Who You Are:

A tech-savvy student, recent grad, or career switcher interested in AV systems or IT

Reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable using hand/power tools

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in active construction or residential environments

A good communicator with a professional attitude

Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
