Technically skilled and creative Audio & Visual (A/V) Manager to lead our production ministry and ensure a high-quality worship experience for both our in-person and online communities. As the primary architect of our technical environment, you will have full ownership of all audio, video, lighting, and livestream operations, ensuring the spoken word is crisp and our musical elements are vibrant and inspiring. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner with worship staff to prepare visual content, manage multi-camera switchers, and meticulously edit worship recordings for our digital archives and YouTube channel. Beyond the soundboard, you are a leader and mentor who will recruit and coach a team of volunteers, manage the A/V budget, and maintain our systems to ensure reliability. We are looking for a tech-native professional who thrives in the high-energy environment of Sunday mornings and possesses the technical precision to maintain our gear and the heart to foster an engaging worship atmosphere. This position's hours will be Sunday mornings.
