Position Overview The Audio-Visual Integration Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of a project from the internal kick-off meeting to project completion. Primary responsibilities include customer and crew scheduling, material management, and project budget management. This role is essential to achieving company profitability goals and maintaining strong customer relationships. Attention to detail, superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task are paramount for success.
Key Job Responsibilities
Schedules and leads all internal project kickoff (IKO) meetings following a strict agenda capturing all information required to deliver a project on time and to budget.
Schedules project technical review meeting, staging, and installation with client, integration technicians, and programmers.
Responsible for receiving and organizing all project materials per company policy.
Responsible for all customer project communications, such as scheduling, material delivery, delays, issues, change orders, etc.
Responsible for coordinating all aspects of a project with the customer, general contractors and sub-contractors, engineers, programmers, and installers.
Responsible for booking hotel rooms and managing per diem for out-of-town travel.
Schedules and leads necessary meetings to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Audio-Visual integration experience
Construction industry experience
Strong self-discipline, self-starter who delivers quality work with a high sense of urgency and accountability
Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to have tact, patience and courtesy when communicating and interacting with others
Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to interact and influence others within all levels of an organization in a professional manner
CTS or PMP and manufacture certifications preferred
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
