    Locations: Denver, Lone Tree, Castle Rock (travel between sites)

    Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year – plus commissions

    Schedule: Monday – ½ day Friday, no nights, no weekends.

    Job Description

    AOO | ENT Specialists of the Rockies is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate doctoral level clinical audiologist to join our team. Applying audiologists will have experience with diagnostic testing of all ages, hearing aid fittings and auditory implants, vestibular testing, and management of BPPV. This position may require travel between our Denver, Lone Tree, and Castle Rock locations. Clinical ENT experience is preferred.

    This position will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services by assessing and treating children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric hearing and balance disorders.

    · Define patient hearing impairment and balance disorder by conferring with referring physician; administer electrophysiological and other relevant tests; operate diagnostic equipment; determine type and degree of hearing impairment and effects on comprehension and speech; interpret audiometric diagnostic data; prepare written diagnostic reports.

    · Fit hearing aids; cleaning and maintaining of hearing aids; counseling patients and families.

    • Conduct vestibular testing, interpret test results, and write a report with recommendations for the referring physician.
    • Diagnose and treat benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
    • Perform cochlear implant evaluations, CI pre-surgical counseling, initial activation and follow-up mapping appointments.
    • Maintain patient records by recording and updating evaluations, changes, progress, and treatments in practice wide EMR.
    • Improve quality results by studying and evaluating processes; investigating research programs; evaluating new equipment, devices, and techniques.
    • Provide auditory evaluations and education by measuring and studying noise conditions, conducting hearing protection and hearing loss screening programs.
    • Maintain supplies and inventory by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
    • Maintain legal and accreditation compliance by adhering to federal, state, and local regulations, and professional standards.
    • Update job knowledge by tracking trends in new techniques and approaches; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Must be able to pass background check

    What You Bring

    • Doctor of Audiology (AuD) required ; CO license
    • Proficiency across diagnostics, hearing aid fittings, and vestibular testing; CI experience.
    • Excellent communication, patient education, and teamwork skills.
    • Prior ENT clinic experience preferred.
