    We have been engaged by a managing partner of a growing and highly rated CPA and advisory services firm in Miami, FL

    They have engaged with us to find a Audit Manager with audit, assurance, and compilation experience in various business entities, LLC, Public amp; Private entities, and high net worth clients.

    Pay and Benefits:

    • $115,000-$145,000 annually

    • Ability to learn and grow in a fast paced environment working on complex cases with a lot of nuance in a lot of different industries, with promotion ability and learning from partners

    Responsibilities and Qualifications:

    • Bachelors in accounting, (or equivalent, Business with accounting focus, econ, finance)
    • 6+ years of accounting experience in a firm / wealth management / public accounting / CPA firm environment
    • CPA license is advantageous, NOT required- CPA eligible or in progress is a big plus
    • Financial Statement review with C-Corps, S-Corps, Trusts and Partnerships, as well as tax return work with high net worth individuals
    • Experience with audits, compilations, and reviews (non IT)
    • Multi Industry knowledge helpful, construction, professional, individuals, manufacturing
    • Knowledgeable with IRS regulations and rules to ensure all compliance is met
    • Excellent experience with various tax software programs, CCH. Thompson Reuters, Ultra Tax, or other major software program, PPC audit methodology
