As an Gragil Collector, you will work in call center environment, Efficiently contact patients on past due medical/healthcare debt, Professionally persuade patients to pay and support requests including phone payments, Remain compliant with our policies, process and legal guidelines. You will need to be open to ongoing feedback and coaching aimed at improving performance.
Previous experience working in a call center is extremely helpful, but not necessary.
As this role uses a computer database and multiple systems to track patient information, a comfort level with computers, typing, and learning new systems will be key to your success.
Medical terminology/EPIC/insurance experience is helpful but not required. Bilingual is also helpful but not required.
The call center is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30am - 8:00pm, and Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm. Representatives work 8:30am - 5:00pm four days per week and must be able to do one night per week (11:30a.m. - 8:00 p.m.) and 2 Saturdays a month (8:30 a.m - 12:30 p.m) or Two nights per week and no Saturdays.
