As Audit Manager, you’ll lead multiple engagements, mentor talented staff, and build meaningful client relationships—all while contributing to the continued growth of a firm that truly values its people.

What You’ll Do: • Oversee multiple audit & attestation engagements from start to finish
• Train and mentor staff; drive performance and development
• Ensure top-tier quality and compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm standards
• Act as a key contact for clients and partners
• Stay ahead of regulatory updates and accounting standards
• Support business development initiatives and proposal efforts

What You Bring: • Active CPA license
• 5–7+ years of public accounting experience (or 10+ years audit-related in industry)
• Strong leadership, client service, and technical accounting skills
• Proficiency with CCH Engagement, RIA Checkpoint, and Excel a plus
• Passion for developing people and growing the business
