SBNG, PC is seeking a motivated Audit Staff to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work for a local CPA firm in El Paso, Texas that audits clients in industries such as construction, non-profit and governmental, service, employee benefit plans, real estate, and many others.

Audit Staff are key members of our team. They are responsible for performing various audit procedures in a diverse selection of industries and contributing to the successful completion of many engagements. The audit staff members are cross trained in each audit area and are developed internally to meet the highest audit quality standards.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with key members of management from various audit clients, as well as working closely with the firm’s audit shareholders. You will be a team member in audit engagements for industries such as construction, non-profit, governmental, service, employee benefit plans, real estate, and many others.

Qualifications :

• Display fundamental knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America.
• Display the ability to prioritize and multitask, have strong organizational skills, and be deadline and detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to learn new software and become proficient.
• Willingness and great attitude to learn on the job, receive feedback and improve efficiency after each audit assignment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Candidates must be actively obtaining the necessary qualifications to sit for the CPA exam.
