Augeo is looking for an Account Coordinator to provide support to a team of Account Managers with administrative tasks including data entry, report verification, mailing assembly/management, and participant phone/email contact. This is an entry-level position with the potential for growth.

YOU'LL SPEND YOUR DAYS ON THE FOLLOWING:
- Developing processes and systems to improve productivity, organization, and efficiency for projects
- Juggling multiple priorities and provide updates regarding progress on projects and tasks
- Attending team meetings to gain a full understanding of the project and to ensure that their role supports the overall project/program objectives
- Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of all their program processes and procedures
- Attending all Solution Delivery training so they understand the basics of Account Management and so they are able to provide backup support to their Account Managers as required
- Managing 1-2 single-service accounts and perform general project management/account management responsibilities
- Working on other special projects as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Four-year college degree preferred or 2-3 years business experience
- Comfort with web-based technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Ability and desire to learn business skills and apply them to daily responsibilities/projects
- Strong data entry background and comfort level
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Strong problem solving and researching skills
- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Personal confidence and ability to thrive in a team environment
- High degree of enthusiasm and accountability
