Under new ownership and after over three years of extensive renovation, we are gearing up for a grand reopening in March 2024. Job Summary: As a Server for August The Mansion you will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our guests during their visit with us by serving the tables in your section, managing your running side work, and resolving guest issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Become knowledgeable of the food and drinks menu - including the ability to explain/recommend flavors, ingredients, allergens, and pairings

Use knowledge of offerings to assist guests in making menu selections

Take orders from guest for food and beverages using our POS system

Deliver all food and beverages in a timely fashion

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section

Collect guest payments in a courteous manner

Collaborate with team members throughout both FOH & BOH

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server

Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as daily/weekly specials

General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer

Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods

Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs

Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask efficiently

Food Handler certification, or willingness to obtain

BASSET License, or willingness to obtain
