    Compensation $13 hourly

    Summary of Position

    Provides guests with friendly enthusiastic, yet professional and timely service when preparing quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Effectively operates the station

    Prepares and establishes an adequate par for the set up.

    Pulls all food needed for daily production and utilizes all leftovers as per SOP and with direction from the supervisor.

    Makes sure that all food is ready on time prior to opening.

    Should remain in the work area at all times and in event of the completion of the work for the day, plan the next days’ work.

    Whenever time is available, prep food for next day, clean work area and dining area, re-stock all amenities as needed. Mop floor, wipe tables as needed.

    Maintains good housekeeping in the entire prep area, walk-in freezers, walk-in boxes and all reach-in refrigerators.

    All foods under refrigeration must be properly identified, covered and dated.

    Create menu selections by guests to brand specifications and guest requests. Do so promptly and efficiently. Always greet guests and welcome them to KCs Korner.

    Solve guest issues promptly with first class service.

    Maintains food quality and service in accordance with standardized company recipes and procedures.

    Promotes and maintains effective communications between the department and the culinary team and F&B team.

    Keeps the executive chef informed of all pertinent information regarding the prep kitchen, through the supervisor.

    Regularly reports all needed maintenance projects.

    Keeps all production charts properly filled out and uses all charts as per SOP.

    And, any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our Organization's values.

    Essential Functions

    Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.

    Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.

    Ability to visually check work, work area, and hotel space.

    Minimum lifting of 30 pounds.

    Other Requirements

    Knowledge of English and local language

    Ability to deal with the public in a professional, courteous, and graceful manner

    Ability to communicate with all managers, supervisors and fellow associates

    Ability to handle conflict situations in a professional manner

    Be well groomed and conform to the hotel’s dress code
